Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV show was a little bit easier to get started because there were three films that were made which is where the idea for a TV series came from.

As the network and producers were gearing up for the pilot of Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV show, the biggest things circulated around town were the casting rumors. The news that was spreading the most buzz around town was about the casting of the main characters. Sarah Connor who is the main character was played by Linda Hamilton in all three of the Terminator films. They decided that the television series would be picking up after the second Terminator movie at the time when Sarah was on the move with her son as she trained him to realize his important destiny.

Thomas Dekker has been in many different television shows including House, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Reba. Many people were very excited that he would be playing the part of John Connor, but no one was more thrilled then Thomas Dekker himself. The buzz and fan base has been strong since the start of the show and it only seems to be growing with the upcoming release of the first season on DVD.
